Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification required upon hire.
• Leadership experience preferred; coaching and mentoring valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers on assigned shift.
• Support unit director in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services.
• Provide input on performance evaluation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate to deliver quality patient care.
