Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Ohio is seeking a registered nurse with BSN to plan, coordinate, and evaluate all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.

You will work with the nurse manager and behavioral health leadership to support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations, including practice and financial management, while upholding quality and cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all unit activities impacting patient care delivery.
• Hold self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and appropriate intervention of patients' needs.
• Collaborate with nurse manager and manager of behavioral health to support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations, including practice and financial management.
