Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• At least 3 years of RN experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all unit activities impacting patient care delivery; ensure quality and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with nurse manager and behavioral health leader to support addiction medicine and behavioral health unit operations, including practice and financial management.
