Qualifications

• 2+ years acute care leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1+ years Stepdown, ED or ICU RN experience.
• RN license in California required.
• BLS certification required.
• National Certification preferred.
• ACLS certification required for specific departments

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of evidence-based patient care.
• Foster a positive working environment for nursing staff.
• Manage unit operations and support development of the nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers and unit staff.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality nursing services, excellence in nursing practice, and safe patient outcomes.
