Job summary

The ANM will assist the Nurse Manager in planning, directing, and evaluating services, while promoting the organization’s mission and values. Collaboration with other departments is essential for seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required.
• Masters in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical patient care experience required.
• Certification in nursing administration or related area, or to be achieved within 18 months of employment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
• Help manage, guide, coaching, and evaluate the work performance of patient care staff in a designated area.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments related to patient care operations and services.
