The role you’ll contribute :

The ANM is a registered professional nurse supporting the Nurse Manager or Director in the overall operations of their assigned unit. Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity, and resource management skills to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team in delivering patient care. Ensures quality care and effective resource stewardship. Supports change activities on their unit and participates in customer service and relationship maintenance.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school upon hire
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required
• RQI
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure (State or Compact)
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) (if applicable)
