Job summary

Redwood Living is seeking a Neighborhood Manager to tour apartment homes, conduct local marketing, and assist residents daily. You will coordinate lease paperwork, manage resident events, and work with the Regional Manager to support maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment home tours for prospects.
• Answer phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood pricing and specials; notify relevant parties of changes.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewals and leasing options.
• Oversee on-site staff and assist in hiring and disciplinary actions.
