Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage daily center operations in the absence of the General Manager
• Make decisions to allocate resources effectively
• Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
• Participate in continuous education through U-Haul University

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Leadership and customer service experience
• Ability to work various shifts

Work Environment:

The role involves moderate risks, requiring safety precautions around moving parts, chemicals, and machinery, including the use of protective gear.

Physical Demands:

Requires physical exertion such as standing for long periods, moving spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
