Cadence Education is seeking an Assistant Montessori Teacher in Omaha to join our caring team. No experience is required; you'll learn alongside trained Montessori teachers to deliver our curriculum for infants to kindergarten.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed.
• Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.
