Job summary

Twice is seeking a friendly Golf Shop associate in Key Largo, FL to greet Members and Guests, assist with shopping and check-ins for rounds of golf, and handle merchandise inquiries. The role includes answering shop calls, managing special orders, and supporting inventory and display initiatives.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, basic golf knowledge, and a reference. The position offers housing and other shop benefits, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests in a friendly manner as they enter the Golf Shop.
• Provide assistance to Members and Guests while shopping or checking in for a round of golf.
• Answer merchandise-related questions and assist with purchases.
• Answer Golf Shop phone calls to book tee times and answer questions.
• Place and track special orders for members and guests.
• Generate purchase orders to aid Retail Receiving Team.
• Monitor sales floor and coordinate with Merchandiser for fill orders.
• Keep the sales floor organized and fully stocked.
• Maintain Golf Shop storeroom organization and stock control.
• Assist Golf Shop Manager to design new merch displays and bring collections to the floor.
• Support inventory processes on a quarterly basis.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to create a positive retail experience.

Overview

• Greet Members and Guests in a friendly manner when they enter the Golf Shop.
• Provide assistance to Members and Guests while they are shopping or checking in for a round of Golf.
• Answer merchandise-related questions asked by Members or Guests while they are shopping.
• Answer Golf Shop phone calls to book tee times and answer merchandise or golf-related questions.
• Place and track special orders for members and guests through Golf Genius Golf Shop.
• Generate purchase orders through Eatec to aid Retail Receiving Team to properly receive stock orders.
• Monitor sales floor and communicate with Merchandiser to place fill orders as needed.
• Consistently fill and fold merchandise on the sales floor to maintain an organized appearance and fully stocked.
• Maintain organization in the Golf Shop storeroom and put away merchandise once dropped off by the Receiving Warehouse.
• Assist Golf Shop Manager to design new merchandise displays and bring new collections onto the sales floor.
• Execute and assist Golf Shop team to complete Inventory on a quarterly basis.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all members and guests to create a positive retail experience the moment they enter the Golf Shop.
