The assistant coach is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the team as directed by the head coach. Must abide by all NCAA and University rules and regulations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Assist the head coach with team practices and competitions.
2. Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing team practices.
3. Assist with recruitment at home and on the road.
4. Assist with team needs assigned by the head coach or other staff members.
5. Assist with communication with the Champion Performance team.
6. Manage and organize equipment along with managers.
7. Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission.
8. Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

Four-year college degree, experience coaching at the Division I level, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate and function effectively within a team setting.
