Job summary

Dodge City Community College seeks an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach to support the head coach in player development, recruitment and program operations on campus. You will assist with practices, game planning and scouting, coordinate travel, budgeting and fundraising support, and help manage equipment and student staff under the Athletic Director's guidance.

Strong communication, organizational and mentorship skills are essential as you help cultivate a competitive program aligned with college

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous coaching experience required.
• Satisfactory written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to obtain a valid Kansas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Men’s Soccer Coach with the recruitment of all Soccer student-athletes.
• Assist with practices, game planning, and weight lifting/conditioning; including scouting opponents and film breakdown.
• Assist with administrative duties including budgeting, purchasing, travel planning, and fundraising.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and Athletic Director.
