Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level.
• Knowledge of soccer techniques, training methods, rules, and player development.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain before start; valid driver's license and willingness to transport student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain eligible student-athletes.
• Plan and conduct practices, game preparation, and roster planning.
• Provide instruction in soccer fundamentals, tactics, and NCAA/NJCAA rules.
• Assist with scouting opponents and player evaluations.
• Promote academic standards and student-athlete success through attendance and persistence.
• Attend athletic events, games, and recruiting activities as assigned.
