Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of NCAA Division I, II, or III basketball coaching experience.
• Experience coaching and recruiting at the collegiate level; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Men’s Basketball program in line with NCAA, CCAA, and CSUDH policies.
• Assist with coaching instruction, player development, and practice/game preparation.
