Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1–2 years coaching or playing at the collegiate level preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in planning and preparing team training, travel, practices and teaching student-athletes.
• Participate in recruitment to identify, attract, matriculate and retain student-athletes.
• Attend meetings with head coach and staff; comply with NCAA Division III/MIAC policies and Carleton College rules.
• Complete required departmental and institutional training and pursue professional development opportunities.
• Support student-athletes balancing academics and athletics and demonstrate sportsmanship at practices and games.
