Job description

Under the supervision of the Head Men's Basketball Coach, the assistant coach is responsible for:

1. Coaching and administering the men's basketball program.
2. Assisting with fundraising efforts.
3. Monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes.
4. Ensuring adherence to and compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations, as well as college policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and one (1) year of coaching experience, with knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of coaching experience, with knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.

Other requirements:

• Must be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required.
