Qualifications

Must have two years in the retail financial services industry with at least two in a supervisory position.
Ability to interview, coach and develop staff to create a team environment.
Must be able to learn and use software applications such as Microsoft Office and core processing systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a valid state driver's license and be bondable.

Responsibilities

Leads the member relationship center’s service delivery strategy and drives extraordinary service.
Assists with supervisory duties, training, coaching, and annual reviews for staff.
Interacts with members to meet needs and educates on products and online banking.
Establishes expectations, manages results, and communicates performance.
Ensures operations comply with laws, controls, and risk management.
Supports budgets, reporting, and operating plans for the center and projects.
