Responsibilities

• Assist the medical director in managing the program to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Support strategic planning including physician communications.
• Engage in business development and care strategy management.
• Participate in clinical oversight of the practice.
• Lead recruiting, orientation, and onboarding of new hire clinicians.
• Monitor individual hospitalist performance and provide feedback.
• Work with the regional medical director to adhere to facility requirements.
• Create and maintain a team culture that values high performance.
