Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership/mentorship experience in ED settings.
• Proven ability to lead clinical operations and drive quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead ED operations and clinical governance for a Level II trauma center.
• Mentor and develop ED physicians and advance daily workflow optimization.
