Responsibilities

• Assisting the medical director to achieve clinical, operational and financial goals.
• Strategic planning and physician communications.
• Business development for the program.
• Managing care strategies.
• Clinical oversight of the practice.
• Lead recruiting of clinicians.
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires.
• Monitor hospitalist performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate interventions and periodic performance reviews.
• Collaborate with regional director to meet contractual requirements and budgets.
