Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign colleagues to specific duties.
  • Help ensure the financial performance of the center.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs for the center.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating center staff in collaboration with HR.
  • Support the Center Operations Director in HR activities and staff management.
  • Review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in budget preparation and review.
  • Participate in on-site tours, training, and presentation of clinic services.
  • Provide technical support and resources to clients and staff.
  • Manage on-site nursing services, including billing and supervision.
  • Ensure medical testing compliance and certifications.
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitive info.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies, ensuring productivity and customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects based on performance metrics.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Lead by example in daily operations and patient care.
  • Assist with financial oversight in the absence of the Center Operations Director.
Qualifications
  • Some college courses in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least one year of management experience.
  • Minimum six months healthcare experience.
