Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign colleagues to specific duties.
- Help ensure the financial performance of the center.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs for the center.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating center staff in collaboration with HR.
- Support the Center Operations Director in HR activities and staff management.
- Review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and review.
- Participate in on-site tours, training, and presentation of clinic services.
- Provide technical support and resources to clients and staff.
- Manage on-site nursing services, including billing and supervision.
- Ensure medical testing compliance and certifications.
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive info.
- Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies, ensuring productivity and customer service.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects based on performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues.
- Lead by example in daily operations and patient care.
- Assist with financial oversight in the absence of the Center Operations Director.
Qualifications
- Some college courses in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Minimum six months healthcare experience.
