Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director with student assessments and learning plans
• Support sales efforts, including responding to inquiries and enrolling students
• Build relationships with families and communicate student progress
• Lead and coach staff to deliver personalized instruction
• Monitor student engagement and progress during sessions
• Provide on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method in-center, online, or hybrid
• Become proficient with digital educational tools
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to foster teamwork and balance teaching and sales
• Math proficiency through at least Algebra I
• Computer skills proficiency
