Job Overview

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area, MN; Grand Forks or Fargo, ND; or Phoenix, AZ. Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Central Time, with one Saturday per month (8am to 1pm).

Role Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat from banking and wealth management clients promptly and courteously.
  • Educate and troubleshoot client issues, providing support and information on products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, systems, and internal processes.
  • Develop client relationships by informing clients of relevant products and services.
  • Support team goals and meet performance standards related to quality and productivity.
Qualifications
  • At least 1+ years of customer service or accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), ESOP, paid time off, and development resources.
Work Environment

Primarily office-based, with ergonomic considerations and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
