Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. is looking for passionate individuals to transform the lives of K-12 students at their Garner location. The role provides a rewarding leadership opportunity, consistent part-time hours after school, and a fun, supportive work culture. Responsibilities include supporting the Center Director in student assessments, responding to leads for enrollment, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching team members. Applicants should have a passion for math, teaching ability up to Calculus, and must take a math literacy test.

Qualifications

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students - can teach up till Calculus.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities.
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction.
• Manage students’ learning progress throughout instructional sessions.
