Job summary

Mathnasium of Durham is seeking an Assistant Math Learning Center Director to lead and support the center after school and on weekends. You will identify student needs, develop personalized plans, manage progress, and coach staff to deliver effective instruction in a group setting.

The role emphasizes sales duties—responding to leads, enrolling students, and building strong relationships with families—while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationships and sales preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
