Aon is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to help plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across events, thought leadership, communications and business campaigns.   • 2-5 years in marketing, events, content development, or marketing operations.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in event management and campaign execution is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of executive events, roundtables, webinars and client engagement programmes.
  • Develop, review and adapt marketing content including emails, events communications, newsletters, presentations, reports and thought leadership materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business leaders and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Manage event communications, attendee tracking, registration reporting and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing dashboards, campaign trackers, databases and performance reports.
  • Support campaign execution, lead tracking and marketing performance analysis.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment and quality standards.
  • Manage marketing inventory, branded collateral and event materials, including stock tracking and distribution.
  • Support vendor management, purchase requests, invoice processing and other marketing operational requirements.
  • Leverage AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and similar platforms to enhance efficiency across content development, reporting, research and marketing operations.
  • Build knowledge of Aon's business, solutions, marketing processes, policies and governance requirements.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across events, thought leadership, communications and business campaigns.
