Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD software, Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, improving and documenting manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting of process issues.
• Create and update quality documentation, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective-action activities.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, quality personnel and other departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Assist with implementing and validating process improvements.
• Follow all company safety, quality and environmental procedures.
