Phantom Fireworks is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead warehouse operations and manage staff year-round. The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach to daily retail management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in retail, can handle high-pressure situations, and is comfortable traveling for trainings. A competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k), are offered.

Formación

• 2–3 years of Retail Experience.
• Ability to manage a large number of employees at once and work independently.
• Experience in cash control procedures.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Must have basic computer skills (Excel/Word).
• Travel may be required for trainings and conferences.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Assistant Manager-year roundPhantom Fireworks is the industry leader of retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our Retail Management team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations in addition to other managerial duties.No previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary.
