Job summary

WHBM is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Regular/Full-time role at Store 3247-Willowbrook Mall-WHBM-Wayne, NJ. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a team, driving community connections, and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience aligned with our hospitality standards.

The role requires 3 years of retail management experience (preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. You’ll bring to the role

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
