Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. This role offers growth toward store leadership and weekly pay with bonus potential as you drive sales, service, and store standards.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
