Job summary

For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Caguas, Puerto Rico to lead in the store manager's absence and drive key performance indicators. You will coach the team, ensure visual standards, and uphold company policies.

The role requires a current state Opticianry license, high school or equivalent, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. You must be fluent in English and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current & valid state Opticianry license required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems and calculators.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to meet KPIs.
• Supports the store manager in diagnosing business performance.
• Leads a team through training and guidance.
