Under the guidance of the Store Manager and fellow assistants, you will promote teamwork, train clerks on your shift, and contribute to a high-performing environment through hands-on leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience desired.
• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Own the customer experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and consistently representing company standards.
• Employee support / teamwork: Mentor peers, resolve conflicts constructively, and model professional behavior.
• Store appearance: Maintain a welcoming customer-facing environment and guide peers in daily upkeep.
• Product quality and safety: Help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Merchandising: Present products effectively and align with customer demand.
• Shift management: Coordinate cross-shift efforts to meet customer demand.
• Business operations: Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting and inventory processes are followed.
