Palm Beach Tan in Denver, CO is seeking a store supervisor. The role offers starting pay of $19.75 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. You will train and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and lead daily store operations with a focus on achieving performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, are able to lift 25 pounds, and can manage interview/hiring processes while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Stand, bend and walk for long periods; lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform varied duties.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
