• Hire and develop store staff to maintain performance.

• Meet self-performance metrics and coach employees to meet them.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal compliance.
• Control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean and stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
