Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside cleaning crew during scheduled shifts at client sites.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitation.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and guide team on cleaning techniques, chemical usage and safety.
• Communicate with clients regarding site-specific needs and requests.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory; report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Enforce company policies, safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety and operations.

• Manage and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial client sites
• Manage or perform hands on commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash removal, floor scrubbing and forklift operations
• Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting completed work
