Cousins Subs in West Allis, WI is seeking hands-on leaders for a full-time store-management role. You’ll lead on the floor, manage schedules and training, and step in for the GM while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll earn $18–$23 per hour, with tips and bonus program, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Open availability including weekends and early mornings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Dependability and a team-first attitude.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be on the floor 80–90% of the time—making subs, running the line, supporting the team.
• Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)
• Help manage schedules, inventory, hiring, and training
• Step in for the GM when needed
• Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Follow food safety and health code standards
