• Open availability including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Be on the floor 80-90% of the time – making subs and supporting the team.
• Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM).
• Help manage schedules, inventory, and training.
• Step in for the GM when needed.
• Ensure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety and health code standards.
