Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as acting Store Manager in absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead staff training, provide guidance to employees and customers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, customer service standards, and profitability.
