In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

• Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with customers and addressing their needs promptly and courteously
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency, maintaining detailed records
• Answer customer inquiries and process orders efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach
