Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will participate in leadership training and be supported by a mentoring Panda community to develop professionally.

The role involves hiring, directing of associates to meet financial targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a structured training program provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates; mentor and develop staff; support leadership training programs.
