A comprehensive three-week leadership training program is provided to ensure your successful transition into the role. The position requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
