Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Antioch, Tennessee. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship to develop your skills and help you grow within our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager you will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, coaching and supervision of store staff.
• Provide 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
