Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in the United States (Antioch, TN) to lead a single store’s operations and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing associates, with an emphasis on customer service and store performance. A structured leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• We provide an 8 or more weeks store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
