As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hiring and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
