Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and strong support from our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive guest satisfaction while aiming for financial targets. A multi-week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure excellent guest service and store performance.
• Support a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success in store management.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet company goals and standards.
