Job summary

Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team in Wooster, OH. You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
