Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store. This includes hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
