Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a multi‑week store leadership training program designed to accelerate your development and success.

The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50‑mile radius of home.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering guest experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Contribute to and participate in the 3+ week leadership training program provided by Panda.
