Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to reach financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

The role requires flexibility to work in a 50-mile radius, including weekends, with Serve Safe certified food safety standards. This is a full-time position based at a Panda Express location in the Nogales area.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.
