Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training to prepare for success and participate in ongoing development opportunities.
• Support store leadership in achieving targets and delivering Panda standards.
